Sales portal testing guide

Open campaign portal · Open shared inbox

1. Sign in

  1. Open https://sales.mmcmails.in/campaigns/.
  2. Use your existing Wired workspace Chatwoot email and password. Your server SSH password and Gmail password are different.
  3. The new domain needs a fresh sign-in. Check that the browser address starts with https://sales.mmcmails.in/.

If sign-in fails, stop and ask the administrator to check account access. Do not paste passwords into a message or testing file.

2. Test a draft without sending

  1. Choose New message / campaign, then Conversation for one contact or Campaign for a contact list.
  2. Use an address you control for any eventual delivery test. Choose only an inbox shown as available.
  3. Write a message clearly labelled INTERNAL TEST. Add only non-sensitive test content.
  4. Save the draft and inspect recipient names, substitutions, channel, attachments and schedule.
  5. Stop here for a draft-only test. Uploading contacts or saving a draft does not launch it.

3. Test delivery only when you choose

  1. Use one recipient address you control and a connected email inbox.
  2. Review everything, then explicitly launch the test. Launch is a real send.
  3. Open the linked Chatwoot conversation to check provider errors and message status.
  4. Check the recipient mailbox separately. Submitted means the provider accepted the request; it does not prove inbox delivery.
  5. Reply from the recipient mailbox and inspect the conversation before testing a follow-up.

If a send is uncertain or marked for review, check the conversation before retrying. Pause or stop a campaign to prevent further queued work. Provider limits apply in addition to portal rate limits.

4. Channels and reply review

Respect declines and opt-outs. Review service claims and meeting details before using any reply.

5. Useful checks
